    Mabri.Vision

    The MABRI.VISION GmbH is a young start-up company in the field of non-destructive optical measuring technology for plastics and glass products. We develop and manufacture measuring devices for offline and inline quality inspection of transparent and semi-transparent materials. Our main application is in the detection of barrier layers in injection molded or extruded products. Our measurement systems are used in test laboratories for quality assurance. Our technology is based on optical coherence tomography and allows a non-destructive optical imaging of cross-sectional images. In addition to the data acquisition, we offer software solutions for analysis and automated feature detection. Thus allowing to characterize layer thicknesses, layer positions, form deviations, material stresses and inclusions. For inspection tasks that require automatic handling, we offer individual solutions to our customers. Through our cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT in Aachen, we are strong in the development of innovative solutions. Our product portfolio ranges from OEM solutions to fully automated test facilities with an automated sample handling. We are happy to introduce to you our technology and products.
