    Lantis Laser.  Dentistry Systems. Lantis was formed to commercialize the application of novel technologies in the dental industry. The criteria for selected products include competitive edge, exclusivity and large market potential. The OCT System product meets all these criteria and is expected to have a major impact on dentistry while being lucrative for investors. Lantis is dedicated to developing advanced dental products based on novel technologies that enable the dental professional to provide the highest standard of care to their patients while ensuring an optimal patient experience. The Company plans to launch its exclusive OCT Dental Imaging System(TM) in the first quarter of 2010 as its first product. Lantis has the rights to the application of OCT technology in the field of dentistry under its exclusive license Agreement with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and a non-exclusive license from LightLab Imaging, enabling 2D and 3D scanning. OCT was invented in the early 1990's at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is currently being commercialized by Carl Zeiss Meditec, Inc. in ophthalmology and by LightLab Imaging for cardiovascular imaging. Applications research is ongoing in many bio-medical areas including cancer detection.
