      Purpose To evaluate the performance of swept source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) to detect gonioscopic angle closure using different classification algorithms. Methods This was a cross-sectional study of 2028 subjects without ophthalmic symptoms recruited from a community-based clinic.       Axial Alignment for Anterior Segment Swept Source Optical Coherence Tomography via Robust Low-Rank Tensor Recovery

      We present a one-step approach based on low-rank tensor recovery for axial alignment in 360-degree anterior chamber optical coherence tomography. Achieving translational alignment and rotation correction of cross-sections simultaneously, this technique obtains a better anterior segment topographical representation and improves quantitative measurement accuracy and reproducibility of disease related parameters. Through its use of global information, the proposed method is more robust compared to using only individual or paired slices, and less sensitive to noise and motion artifacts.       To identify glaucoma type with OCT (optical coherence tomography) images, we present an image processing and machine learning based framework to localize and classify anterior chamber angle (ACA) accurately and efficiently. In digital OCT photographs, our method automatically localizes the ACA region, which is the primary structural image cue for clinically identifying glaucoma type.
