      Subretinal lymphomatous infiltration in primary intraocular lymphoma revealed by optical coherence tomography
      Accounting for less than 1% of primary intracranial tumors, primary intraocular lymphoma (PIOL) is a subtype of primary central nervous system lymphoma [1–4]. Frequently masqueraded as chronic posterior uveitis, PIOL may involve the vitreous, retina, and/or the optic nerve. To our knowledge, there is no report of the interest of high-resolution optical coherence tomography (OCT) in PIOL. Here, we describe the case of a patient with PIOL in which, following initially successful chemotherapy, relapse was revealed by visual loss associated to diffuse subretinal lymphomatous infiltration.
