      Purpose To analyze photoreceptors’ condition after intravitreal ranibizumab treatment according to the pattern of diabetic macular edema (DME) on spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT). Methods Retrospective study includes 58 treatment naïve patients with DME, treated with intravitreal ranibizumab injections and followed up for at least 12 months.       Introduction The purpose of this study was to investigate the extent and morphology of the choriocapillaris’ density defect in patients with drusen in non-neovascular age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Methods Participants in this study were 36 patients with non-neovascular AMD and drusen. All patients underwent best-corrected visual acuity, slit-lamp examination, spectral domain-optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT), and optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA).       Optical coherence tomography findings in a case of cone-rod dystrophy
      A patient with cone-rod dystrophy, who was examined thoroughly with biomicroscopy, fluorescein angiography, optical coherence tomography, and electrophysiology, is presented. Although fluorescein angiography depicted only window-defect type of hyperfluorescence, optical coherence tomography disclosed detachment of the neurosensory retina, focal absence of the outer parts of the photoreceptors' layer in the fovea, and cystoid edema in the macula. To the authors' knowledge, these findings have not been described in cone-rod dystrophy so far.
