      Purpose To analyse the effects of intravitreal dexamethasone implant (DEX) in patients with diabetic macular oedema (DME) unresponsive to ranibizumab treatment, in relation to the inflammatory optical coherence tomography (OCT) retinal features, subfoveal neuroretinal detachment (SND) and hyperreflective retinal spots (HRS).       To evaluate the morphology of optic nerve head by spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) in patients with unilateral central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO). In 39 consecutive patients with unilateral CRVO and 39 healthy controls, morphologic parameters of optic nerve head were assessed in both eyes by Spectralis SD-OCT using a custom radial B-scan pattern.       Ten Years of Severe Vitreomacular Traction Syndrome without Functional Damage Demonstrated by Optical Coherence Tomography
      To describe anatomical and functional features in one patient with 10 years of severe vitreomacular traction syndrome (VTS) without functional damage demonstrated by optical coherence tomography (OCT). Patient and Methods. One patient with a history of 10 years VTS, with best-corrected visual acuity of 20/32, was followed up with OCT. Follow-up examinations, 3months for the first year after diagnosis and every 6 months for the subsequent years, were performed. Results.
