      Computer aided visualization and diagnosis by volume analysis of optical coherence tomography (OCT) angiographic data.       Purpose: To visualize choroidal blood flow in larger vessels in highly myopic eyes using a phenomenon of the projection artifact to in the sclera using optical coherence tomography angiography. Methods: The retrospective study included 92 eyes (54 patients) with greater than 8 diopters of myopia. All eyes were examined using optical coherence tomography angiography (RTVue XR Avanti; Optovue Inc, Fremont, CA). The blood flow in choroidal vessels was evaluated by attempting to directly segment the choroid and also by placing the segmentation layer behind the choroid, within the sclera.       Purpose: To describe image artifacts of optical coherence tomography (OCT) angiography and their underlying causative mechanisms. To establish a common vocabulary for the artifacts observed. Methods: The methods by which OCT angiography images are acquired, generated, and displayed are reviewed as are the mechanisms by which each or all of these methods can produce extraneous image information. A common set of terminology is proposed and used.       Intravitreal Cellular Infiltrate Imaged As Punctate Spots By Spectral-Domain Optical Coherence Tomography in Eyes With Posterior Segment Inflammatory Disease

      Purpose: To investigate the posterior segment in cases of clinically evident intraocular inflammation for punctate reflections consistent with that expected to arise from inflammatory cells. Methods: Patients with ocular inflammatory diseases imaged with spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) were retrospectively reviewed. Results: There were 7 patients with mean age of 66.7 years, and the diagnosis was toxoplasmosis in 5 eyes, multiple evanescent white dot syndrome in 1 eye, and posttraumatic outer retinitis in 1 eye.
