      Purpose : To prospectively evaluate whether diabetic macular ischemia detected with coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is associated with change in functional outcomes over a period of one year. Methods : This is a one-year prospective, observational study that included 56 eyes with varying levels of diabetic retinopathy. All participants underwent best corrected visual acuity evaluation, swept-source OCTA and microperimetry at baseline and repeated at one year.       Purpose : To evaluate the microstructure of the fovea in patients with familial exudative vitreoretinopathy (FEVR) compared to healthy controls using optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA). Methods : In this consecutive, cross-sectional, observational case series, 41 eyes of 41 patients diagnosed as FEVR and 37 eyes in 37 control subjects were studied.     5. Optical coherence tomography study of adult vitelliform macular detachment in a patient with basal laminar drusen

      To report the morphological data of adult vitelliform macular detachment in a patient with basal laminar drusen using optical coherence tomography (OCT-3) as an observational case report. A 70-year-old man presented with adult vitelliform macular detachment and basal laminar drusen underwent fundus biomicroscopy, fundus fluorescein angiography and OCT-3. Fundus examination showed bilateral yellow subretinal macula deposits with associated basal laminar drusen. Examination with OCT revealed areas of hyper-reflectivity compatible in size with the subretinal deposits below and elevating the photoreceptor layer.
