Magnetic Resonance Contrast Agents in Optical Clearing: Prospects for Multimodal Tissue Imaging

Skin optical clearing effect ex vivo and in vivo was achieved by topical application of low molecular weight paramagnetic magnetic resonance contrast agents. This novel feature has not been explored before.
