    Purpose: To evaluate the feasibility and utility of microscope-integrated optical coherence tomography in patients undergoing full-thickness neurosensory retinal autograft for refractory macular hole (MH)-associated retinal detachment. Methods: We analyzed two eyes of two patients who had undergone a neurosensory retinal autograft for large MH associated retinal detachment. Both cases had microscope-integrated optical coherence tomography–guided placement and sizing of the retinal autograft.
