    Background Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) remains a leading cause of mortality worldwide. Several studies have demonstrated a role for Coronary Computed Tomographic Angiography (CCTA) to predict the vulnerability of the plaque. Recent works suggest a role for calcification in this vulnerability.
