    In the study by Pavan Kumar et al., 1 the authors addressed an important issue for clinical practice and reported that anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) has high sensitivity (100%) and specificity (94.9%) for predicting posterior capsule rupture during phacoemulsification surgery in eyes with posterior polar cataract.
