    Spectral interferogram prediction in high resolution dual- and multiple-band Fourier domain optical coherence tomography

    Using dual-band in Fourier domain optical coherence tomography (FD-OCT) aims at improving resolution. Previous work showed that direct application of Fourier transform to the spectral interferogram with gap between the two bands leads in many cases to resolution poorer than using a single band. In this work we propose an algorithm to fill in the gap in the spectral interferogram based on the linear prediction technique.
