Although its causality is unknown, damage from glaucoma is highly interlinked to optic nerve and retinal blood flow. 1 Any advancement in the emerging technology of optical coherence tomography (OCT) angiography as a means of measuring optic nerve and retinal blood flow can promote our understanding of the pathophysiologic characteristics underlying glaucoma, improve diagnosis and prognosis, and likely affect the assessment of other ocular diseases.
