    Microimplants are being used extensively in clinical practice to achieve absolute anchorage. Success of microimplant mainly depend on its primary stability onto the cortical bone surface and the associated Microdamage of the cortical bone during insertion procedure leads to many a microimplants to fail and dislodge from the cortical bone leading to its failure.
