Spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SDOCT) has the capability of generating optical sectioning images at high depth resolution in vivo, which is helpful for the diagnosis of various disease. But when the voluntary and involuntary movement of the sample occurs during the acquisition time, the real structure of the sample will be distorted.
