    Objective: Although postprandial hypertriglyceridemia potentially plays a role as a risk factor for coronary artery disease (CAD), details of its significance remain unknown. This study aimed to investigate the correlation between the postprandial lipid profiles rigorously estimated with the meal tolerance test and the presence of lipid-rich plaque, such as thin-cap fibroatheroma (TCFA), in the non-culprit lesion.
