    Optical coherence tomography (OCT) can obtain light scattering properties with a high resolution, while photoacoustic imaging (PAI) is ideal for mapping optical absorbers in biological tissues, and ultrasound (US) could penetrate deeply into tissues and provide elastically structural information.
