    Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a thriving imaging modality which provides high-resolution, in vivo, real-time, non-invasive, cross-sectional imaging capability for biomedical applications. Over the past decade, OCT has become a standard clinical diagnosis tool for ophthalmology. However, human organs other than eyeballs are all highly scattering tissues, which limits the OCT penetration depth to ~2 mm.
