    Comparison of a new optical biometer using swept-source optical coherence tomography and a biometer using optical low-coherence reflectometry

    Purpose To investigate agreement between the IOLMaster 700 based on swept-source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) and the Lenstar LS 900 based on optical low-coherence reflectometry (OLCR). Methods Axial length (AL), keratometry (K), anterior chamber depth (corneal epithelium to lens) (ACD), lens thickness, and central corneal thickness (CCT) were measured in 183 eyes of 183 patients.
