    Background: Establishing biomarkers for predicting disease activity in demyelinating disease of the central nervous system is crucial for designing appropriate disease modifiying treatment strategies. Objective: To investigate retinal findings and disease activity in patients with radiologically isolated and clinically isolated syndromes.
