1. Comparison of Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography and Color Photographic Imaging of the Optic Nerve Head in Management of Glaucoma

    BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE Spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) allows three-dimensional imaging of the optic disc. The objective of this study was to compare optic disc and cup margins between fundus photographs and SD-OCT. PATIENTS AND METHODS Eighteen eyes with glaucoma were examined by a custom-built SD-OCT.
