Columbia University Gives Warm Welcome to New Assistant Professor Christine Fleming
Prof. Christine Fleming recently joined Columbia’s Electrical Engineering Department as an Assistant Professor after completing her doctoral work at Case Western Reserve University and post-doctoral work at Harvard Medical School. The goal of Prof. Fleming’sStructure – Function Imaging Laboratory ranges from basic science applications of understanding how cellular structures result in mechanical and electrical functional abnormalities in the heart, to translational applications for monitoring treatments of abnormal heart rhythms.
