Purpose: To describe the spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) findings in a case of Coats’ disease, with emphasis on the intraretinal exudates. Methods: Case report of a 4.5-year-old girl who presented with total exudative retinal detachment and organized exudates in a stellate configuration.
