Diurnal Variation of Retina Thickness measured with Time Domain and Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography in Normal Subjects

Purpose: To investigate diurnal variation in macular thickness and total macular volume using time domain optical coherence tomography (TD OCT) and spectral domain OCT (SD OCT) in normal subjects.
Methods: Data was derived from 52 eyes from 52 normal subjects. Macular thickness, macular volume were measured by using TD OCT and SD OCT at 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
