    Long-Term Evaluation of Vitreomacular Traction Disorder in Spectral-Domain Optical Coherence Tomography
    Purpose: The aim of this article was to estimate the natural course of vitreomacular traction (VMT) disorder using high-resolution spectral-domain optical coherence tomography. Methods: Nineteen eyes of 19 patients with idiopathic symptomatic VMT and who underwent spectral-domain optical coherence tomographic follow-up examinations were included in the retrospective observational study. The average observation period of all patients who underwent the examination was 8 months (±4.4 months). We observed microstructural changes in the macula and the position, length, and vector forces of the attached vitreous in the macular surface.
