    Assessment of glaucomatous changes in subjects with high myopia using spectral domain optical coherence tomography
    Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic ability to detect glaucoma in highly myopic eyes using RTvue-100 spectral domain-optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) parameters (RTVue-100; Optovue Inc., CA). Design: Cross-sectional comparative study Methods: A total of 82 patients with high myopia (≤ -5 D) presented between April 2008 and August 2009. Subjects comprised 31 participants with high myopia but not perimetric glaucoma (no glaucoma group, NGG) and 51 patients with high myopia and concomitant perimetric glaucoma (glaucoma group, GG).
