    Optical coherence tomography (OCT) may be useful for guidance of ocular microsurgeries such as deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK), a form of corneal transplantation that requires delicate insertion of a needle into the stroma to approximately 90% of the corneal thickness.
