Feature Of The Week 5/10/09: Dr. Thomas C. Lee is director of the Retinal Institute at The Vision Center at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles. Dr. Lee has developed a new surgical procedure for premature babies to address the disease Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) that utilizes a hand held spectral domain detection optical coherence tomography (OCT) probe developed by Bioptigen.
