    In the process of growing, harvesting, and storage, fruits are vulnerable to mechanical damage , microbial infections, and other types of damage , which not only reduce the quality of fruits , increase the risk of fungal infections, in turn greatly affect food safety, but also sharply reduce economic benefits.
