    Longitudinal Swept Source Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography Of Extrafoveal Polyps After Combination Therapy

    Purpose: To study the efficacy of swept source optical coherence tomography angiography (SSOCTA) to longitudinally follow up patients with extrafoveal polyps post laser photocoagulation and anti VEGF injection. Methods: Observational case series. Four patients diagnosed as polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) with extrafoveal polyps on multimodal imaging were followed up serially on SSOCT, en face and cross-sectional SSOCTA at a month and then 3 monthly for a year.
